JAIMIE JO
Jaimie was born and lived in Kansas for the first 17 years of her life. Craving an art and music scene she moved to Austin in 2005, and considers this “weird” town home. Jaimie has loved doing art her entire life and spends her free time drawing and painting. Jaimie believes art is important because it lets people look at their feelings. She enjoys many mediums, and spent years professionally doing pyrography or wood burning. Jaimie began helping Cory Rogers with his tattoo machine business during Covid in 2020, and eventually grew her love for tattoo machines into a traditional tattooing apprenticeship. Some of Jaimie's favorite artists and influences are Ed Hardy, Pat Martynuik, Paul Rogers, Cory Rogers, Dan Higgs, Valerie Vargas, and Miranda Larson.
